How it Works

PIP maintains an up-to-date database of UK agents' email addresses indexed by the geographical areas and categories of interest.

You do not have to produce hundreds of costly hard copy brochures. Send us the PDF, sit back, relax and wait for the responses to come flooding in.

Mail outs can be personalised with your company or client logo that links to your website. We just need a JPG or PNG logo to set this up.

Pricing

We operate a credit system: you pay £200.00 and draw down based on usage.

£200.00 credit is valid for 12 months. All prices quoted are subject to VAT.

Standard Mail Out

£25.00

Details are sent to relevant agents who deal with that particular property in one area. For example, shop premises in London are sent to retail agents in London.

Nationwide Mail Out

£60.00

Details are sent to all agents relevant to your property or requirement across multiple areas of the UK. Suitable for disposal lists or UK-wide requirements.

If you want to use this service, the £200.00 + VAT payment can be made via BACS. Please notify Michelle Mitchell at michelle@piproperty.co.uk if you wish to set up an account.

Details should be sent to michelle@piproperty.co.uk along with the email subject line text. All details need to be in PDF format and the file size should preferably be no larger than 1MB.
